The barn dance, with your cast.

Two distinct roles

The dancer performs the tiptoe steps and spin; the spectator watches and reacts in close-up. Upload one adult photo for each role, or use Swap roles to reverse the pair. Both characters are replaced together.

Faces and outfits from your photos

Each reference guides the face, hairstyle and visible clothing through close-ups, turns and wider shots. Show the clothes you want to use. Trousers and shoes not shown in your photo may stay as they are in the reference video.

A fixed eight-second scene

The barn, choreography and camera sequence follow the reference; your photos supply the cast. Download an eight-second, 480p MP4. Watch both examples to judge the style. AI likeness, clothing and motion may vary.

Two roles. One very peculiar dance.

Choose your dancer

Add a consenting adult’s photo to Dancer. Use a clear face and visible clothing for the character performing the steps and spin. You can replace the photo before generating.

Add the reaction

Add the second adult to Spectator. Check the labels or swap the roles. After changing either photo or swapping roles, confirm permission again before generating.

Generate your dance

Confirm permission, sign in with Google if prompted, then choose Generate my video. Follow progress and download the MP4 within 24 hours. Selecting photos or signing in alone does not start generation.

Give each character a clear reference.

One adult per photo

Use separate photos of consenting adults with clear, evenly lit faces. Avoid groups, sunglasses and hair covering the eyes. Matching backgrounds or a photo together are not needed.

Show the outfit

An upper-body or wider portrait supplies more clothing information than a headshot. Keep the face recognizable, with no blur or objects hiding the outfit. Clothing details can still vary.

Keep files simple

Use JPG, PNG or WebP, up to 3 MB each, at least 256 pixels on both sides and no more than 40 megapixels. Resize oversized files while keeping the face and outfit clear. No prompt or video upload is needed.

Before you choose your cast

Can I replace just one character?

Both characters are replaced together. Choose two photos: one for the dancer and one for the spectator.

Will uploading a photo start a video?

No. Selecting photos prepares the previews so you can check and change the roles. Confirm permission when ready. Photos are submitted only when you choose Generate my video.

Will the clothes match my photos?

Your photos guide the visible clothing. Show the clothes you want to use; trousers and shoes not shown may stay as they are in the reference video. Faces and clothing details may vary, and an exact match is not guaranteed.

Can I change the dance or background?

The eight-second barn dance, setting and camera sequence are fixed. Your photos change the cast and outfits. You can swap who dances, but custom choreography, backgrounds and individual shot editing are not available.

Do I need to sign in?

Sign in with Google when you are ready to generate. Your selected photos stay in place while the sign-in dialog is open. Signing in does not start generation automatically.

How long does generation take?

Generation time varies. Keep the tab open to follow progress. Refreshing the same tab can restore the current task; check that task before starting another video.

What if generation fails?

If a generation is confirmed as failed, its credits are returned automatically. An uncertain status does not mean it failed. Check the existing task or contact support before trying again.

How do I save my video?

Use Download MP4 when ready to save the result to your device. Please download your video soon. Available for 24 hours. The downloaded file is the copy you can keep or edit later.

What is the Rumpelstiltskin AI dance?
