Service terms — pre-launch

The product uses one permitted cat photograph and a selected template. AI template images generate the selected reaction from the photo. The free Original photo + text option retains the original cat. Captions and decorations are added locally. Motion exports are an animated GIF or a 3–5 second vertical MP4; Talking Cat and Cat Rapping request short original audio. Reference photos are not guaranteed results. No subscription or public checkout is active in this build.

Access and purchased usage

Google login identifies the account. It does not grant free generation. Each submitted AI image or motion generation must reserve an eligible purchased credit on the server. Original photo + text memes are free with the site watermark; verified paid access may remove it. The client cannot set prices, payment success or credit balance. Pricing, merchant details, support and applicable refund terms must be published before checkout opens.

Immediate download only

There is no image or video library or long-term recovery. Save the result as soon as it is ready, before the deadline shown on the current result panel (at most 15 minutes). Retrying a download in that window uses the same result, not a new generation. You are responsible for checking that it was saved. Expiration never triggers automatic regeneration or a new charge.

Failed and uncertain requests

A confirmed provider generation failure restores the reserved generation credit once; this is not a cash refund or a claim that the provider charged nothing. A request whose receipt is uncertain needs reconciliation and is not submitted again automatically. Missing gestures and other quality issues require the launch support/refund policy; successful API completion is not a quality guarantee.

Media rights and retention

Upload only photos you may use. No music license or rights to an original viral clip are included. The app does not archive output media. fal's temporary hosting and processing are separate, as explained in Privacy. Do not use the app for impersonation or unauthorized third-party material.
